Job Position – NVOCC Pricing & Operations Executive

Location – Dubai
If you understand freight beyond just movement, from pricing strategy to shipment execution, this role brings both together.
You’ll be handling:
– Competitive freight quotations for customers and overseas agents
– Rate negotiations with shipping lines, co-loaders and partners
– Tariff updates, cost analysis and margin optimization
– End-to-end shipment coordination for import and export
– Booking, tracking and delivery management
– Documentation such as BL, invoices, packing lists and manifests
– Coordination with transporters, customs, warehouses and destination agents
– Vessel schedules, transit timelines and cargo flow monitoring
– Resolving delays, discrepancies and operational challenges
– Supporting sales with pricing-backed solutions
We’re looking for someone who has:
– 2–5 years in NVOCC, Freight Forwarding or Logistics
– Strong grasp of ocean freight pricing and operations
– Solid understanding of import and export documentation and customs
– Sharp negotiation and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple shipments independently
Bonus if you bring:
– Experience working with shipping lines and overseas agents
– Knowledge of UAE customs and port procedures
– Strong customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
