Job Position – Office Admin

The office admin will be responsible for the day – to – day operational activities as stated below:
-Organizing and maintaining files and records to ensure they are easily accessible
-Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as necessary
-Assisting with the preparation of begets and financial reports
-Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate staff members
-Scheduling appointment and meeting for executives and upper level staff
-Serving as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries
-Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
-Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
-Assisting in the planning and execution of office events and meeting
-Managing office layout and making necessary changes to accommodate staff need
