Scope
– Manage day-to-day office administration and reception duties.
– Welcome visitors and coordinate meetings and interview schedules.
– Handle calls, emails, and internal office requests.
– Monitor office supplies, documentation, and basic records.
– Support HR with onboarding and administrative coordination.
Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
– 0–2 years of experience in office administration or front-desk roles.
– Good command of English (spoken & written).
– Basic proficiency in MS Office.
– Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
