Requirements:
• Experience in administrative or office support roles (preferably in FM or construction projects)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and document handling
• Ready to relocate within UAE based on project assignment
• Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
• Assist project teams with administrative and documentation support
• Manage correspondence, filing, and office supplies
• Coordinate logistics and daily operational requirements for project teams
• Support HR and site supervisors in record maintenance and reporting
