Job Position – Office Coordinator
Company Name – Amir Al Guhair
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Highly organized and proactive to join the team in Dubai. This role is strictly open to female applicants only (non-negotiable), and candidates must be currently based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
– Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
– Handle documentation, filing, and administrative tasks
– Support different departments with coordination and follow-ups
– Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors when required
Requirements:
– Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
– Must be currently based in Dubai
– Immediate availability is an advantage
