Job Position – Onboarding Officer
Company Name – Aspire Manpower Services
A Semi Govt Entity in Abu Dhabi on a contract hire basis (Outsourced).
The candidate must have a thorough understanding and experience of the Onboarding program and process including documentation, onboarding & PT relations, maintaining employee relations, overseeing HR management activities and HR analytics.
Skill sets required:
– Excellent organizational and management skills
– Excellent Analytical Skills
– Experience of Onboarding employees from mid to senior level on a large scale.
– Good at Employee Relations.
– Good understanding of HR functions including Employee Relations.
– Min 5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
