Key Responsibilities:
Digital Sales:
- Engage potential customers through various digital platforms and channels to promote our tour packages and services.
- Utilize online sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Engage with potential customers through online chat, email, and phone calls to provide accurate tour information, answer queries, and offer suitable tour package recommendations.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up, and assisting customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize the ecommerce platform, ensuring a user-friendly, engaging, and secure online sales experience for customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in online sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, with a focus on digital platforms and social media management.
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE and must have own visa.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and followers across various digital platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets in an online sales environment.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms and tools, demonstrating creativity in content creation and curation.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and online sales platforms.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
