Job Position – Operation Executive
Company Name – Port Link Cargo LLC
Location – Dubai
Roles & Duties:
• Managed full freight of import and export shipments for both FCL/LCL till the final delivery.
• Fully proficient in Calogi, Expertly Managing entire Import and Export Workflow for air Shipments.
• Coordinated in issuance of Delivery orders, preparation of BOE (local/freezone/transit/transfer of ownership), manage Mofaic and Country of origin documents preparation for multiple entities.
• Handled specialized shipments that require regulatory permits from authorities such as DCD, TDRA, MOIAT, SIRA, DM HEALTH & SAFETY, and CEPA.
• Hands-on experience on dealing with complex shipments such as flat racks, RORO, heavy machinery, trucks, boat, crane equipment.
Requirement:
– Applicant should have a minimum experience of 2 years in the same position in UAE.
