Job Position – Operations/Administration Executive

With a strong background in facility management companies, particularly in soft services, to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the UAE and be well-versed in managing day-to-day operations, manpower allocation, and administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee manpower allocation, mobilization, and demobilization processes.
– Manage inventory of consumables and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
– Maintain excellent client relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Handle attendance management, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
– Prepare essential documents such as Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Service Level Agreements (SLA), Local Purchase Orders (LPO), timesheets, and other operational documents.
– Coordinate various day-to-day administrative tasks within the office.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a similar role within a facility management company in the UAE.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Ability to handle operational and administrative functions efficiently.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
