Job Position – Operations Coordinator

Tracking to join operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Track and monitor shipments (Air / Sea / Land)
– Coordinate with internal teams, agents, and customers
– Update shipment status and ensure timely follow-ups
– Handle operational documentation and reporting
– Resolve tracking-related issues efficiently
Requirements:
– Fluency in Arabic language is a MUST (spoken & written)
– Good command of English language
– Previous experience in logistics or operations is preferred
– Strong communication and coordination skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
