Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage data operations and lead a team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and have solid experience in BPO management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or BPO team management
Strong communication skills, especially in Hindi
Proven ability to handle team coordination and data workflows
Leadership qualities and a problem-solving mindset
