With proven experience in container booking, freight quote management, and shipment documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Arrange container bookings with shipping lines and agents
-Request and compare freight quotes from various service providers
-Prepare all shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.)
-Coordinate with clients, carriers, and customs for smooth cargo movement
-Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries
-Maintain shipment logs and handle basic logistics reporting
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
-Knowledge of export/import procedures and international shipping terms
-Proficient in MS Office and logistics software
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
