Job Position – Operations Executive

Cleaning & Facility Management (UAE)
To manage daily cleaning and facility management operations. The role involves supervising blue-collar staff, coordinating site activities, and ensuring quality service delivery across assigned locations.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day cleaning and FM operations
Deploy and monitor blue-collar workforce at sites
Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and service quality
Conduct site inspections and handle client requirements
Prepare basic operational reports and documentation
Coordinate with HR and management for manpower and operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in cleaning/facility management industry in the UAE – Mandatory
Strong hands-on experience managing blue-collar staff – Mandatory
Graduate in Business Administration or related field
Hindi speaking – Mandatory
Good written and spoken English communication skills
Willing to travel between sites
Salary:
AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month (based on experience)
