Job Position – Operations Manager

Type: Full-time
Customer operations, service delivery, and support functions. From managing KPIs and SLAs to driving customer-centric strategies, you’ll ensure services run seamlessly and customers remain delighted.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead onsite customer operations & team performance
– Define strategy & align Etisalat services with customer needs
– Manage incidents, problems, and service level agreements
– Oversee suppliers, projects, and continual service improvement
Skills & Qualifications:
– 5–6 years in service management/delivery
– Bachelor’s in Engineering/IT
– Mandatory: CCNA, PMP, ITIL Foundation (OSA/SS preferred)
– Strong leadership & relationship management
