Job Position – Operations Manager
Company Name – Al Bahiya
Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month
Location: United Arab Emirates

Experienced to lead our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery across the organization. This role is central to managing teams, building client relationships, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery
– Lead, train, and mentor staff to maximise performance and growth
– Build and maintain strong client relationships
– Manage staff schedules and allocate resources effectively
– Collaborate with management to optimize workflows and processes
– Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement solutions
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Degree or certification in Business Management (or related field)
– 5–10 years’ experience in Operations or Facility Management
-Proven leadership and team management skills
– Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
