Job Position – Paramedic

To join Ambulance Team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality emergency and pre-hospital medical care in accordance with approved clinical protocols
– Rapidly assess patient conditions, prioritize treatment, and make critical care decisions under pressure
– Provide advanced life support (ALS), including airway management, cardiac monitoring, IV/IO access, medication administration, and trauma care
– Stabilize patients at the scene and during safe, efficient transport to appropriate medical facilities
– Operate emergency vehicles and medical equipment safely while maintaining situational awareness
– Communicate accurate, timely patient information to dispatch centers, emergency responders, and receiving medical teams
– Continuously monitor patient vital signs and reassess treatment effectiveness throughout care
– Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
– Ensure ambulance readiness through proper cleaning, restocking, and equipment checks
– Adhere to all medical, safety, ethical, and legal standards of emergency medical services
– Provide compassionate care, emotional support, and clear explanations to patients and family members
– Assist with patient lifting, movement, and extrication using approved safety techniques
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Paramedic Science or Emergency Care, or a diploma
– Must have DCAS License/Eligibility
– Minimum of 2 years of experience required
– Must have valid Life Support Training Certificates
