Job Position – Parent & Activity Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for parents, ensuring clear and timely communication
– Coordinate parent engagement events, meetings, and school-wide activities
– Support daily operations related to student activities, trips, and event logistics
– Work closely with SLT and relevant departments to deliver smooth, well-organized events
– Handle queries professionally and maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in a school setting (preferred) or a similar coordination/administrative role
Excellent organization, follow-up, and multitasking ability
Professional, proactive, and confident in working with parents and staff
