Job Position – Partner Acquisition Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:
We have an immediate need for a Partner/Trainer/IT Freelancer Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Organization. The candidate must possess passion for Identifying the right talent and Talent acquisition. Much have a great Trainer’s and freelancer’s network and must have a knack for the technology in IT Domain
The candidate must have great inclination towards networking, hiring, interacting with stake holder as a long-term profession. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and MS Office proficiency
-Finding the right Subject Matter Expert, Trainers, Freelancers
-Define the clear scope of work, commercials and timelines and
communicate the same to SMEs, Freelancers, Trainers
-Manage end to end on-boarding, contract of work and payment
-Sourcing potential candidates through various online channels (LinkedIn,
Naukri)
Required Skills
-Candidate with e-learning, training and education Industry will have added
advantage
-Great network with Subject Matter Experts and Trainers
-Great Communication Skills both written and verbal
-Excellent Leadership Skills
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
-Team Player
