Job Position – Pastry Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and present high-quality desserts and pastries
– Supervise and support junior pastry staff
– Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
– Maintain hygiene and food safety in the pastry section
– Assist with menu development and seasonal items
– Manage stock and inventory
Requirements:
– Previous experience as Pastry CDP or similar role
– Strong pastry and baking skills
– Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
