Job Position – Patient Coordinator

A dynamic and experienced female Sales Coordinator to join Aesthetics & Dermatology Department in Dubai.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or luxury clinic sales in Dubai
• Strong background in patient coordination, treatment sales, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and confident, welcoming personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury clinic environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client inquiries and convert leads into consultations and treatments
• Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and patients for seamless scheduling and service
• Maintain and update the clinic’s client database
• Support ongoing marketing campaigns, offers, and PR initiatives
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience that reflects the clinic’s high standards
