Job Position – Patient Experience Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for patients and families, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination throughout the patient journey.
Address and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly with empathy and professionalism.
Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and actively follow up to ensure continuous service improvement.
Collaborate closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and responsiveness across all hospital touchpoints.
Requirements:
Native Arabic Speaker – Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or related fields.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a patient-facing or customer service role within a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.
