Key Responsibilities:
-Welcoming and assisting patients with inquiries, appointments, and concerns
-Managing patient registration, insurance coordination, and billing processes
-Addressing patient feedback and supporting service improvement initiatives
-Collaborating with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient journey
-Upholding patient confidentiality and healthcare compliance
-Supporting marketing activities as a volunteer
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in healthcare customer service or patient relations
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in EMR systems
-Fluent in English and Malayalam
-Willing to relocate
-Flexible to work in different shifts
