Job Position – Payables Accountant

Hiring for a detail-oriented to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
Review, verify, and post supplier invoices and credit notes
Match invoices with POs, contracts, and receiving documents
Prepare supplier payments and reconcile statements
Maintain AP ledgers and monitor aging reports
Process employee expenses and petty cash
Support month-end/year-end closing and audits
Ensure VAT, tax, and internal-control compliance
Resolve supplier and payment queries
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–4 years of AP or general accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Knowledge of UAE VAT and local tax requirements
Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills
Organized, discreet, and collaborative
