Job Position – Payroll Accountant

Industry: Construction & Real Estate
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role in the UAE
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience in the construction and real estate industry in the UAE.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, WPS (Wage Protection System), gratuity, and leave salary calculations.
- Technical Skills: Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Software Experience: Experience with payroll software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Personal Attributes: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
