Job Position – Payroll & HR Operations Specialist

Type: Full-time
To join team and manage payroll for over 200 employees while supporting end-to-end HR operations. You will ensure accuracy, compliance with UAE Labor Laws, and effective HR process execution across the employee lifecycle — from recruitment to exit.
What You’ll Do
Manage monthly payroll processing in SAP HCM, including overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and gratuity.
Reconcile payroll with Finance and prepare WPS files, pay orders, and payroll dashboards.
Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, visa processing, medical insurance, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Handle recruitment — sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
Support performance management (KPI setting, reviews, appraisals, salary increments).
Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary processes fairly.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of payroll and HR operations experience in the UAE.
Proficiency in SAP HCM and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and WPS.
Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
