Job Position – Payroll Specialist

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in handling payroll for construction companies, with a strong understanding of workforce dynamics and site-based operations, along with WPS preparation and processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for a large number of construction workers
Accurately calculate and manage overtime, allowances, and deductions
Handle site-wise salary allocations and cost distribution
Prepare and process WPS (Wages Protection System) files
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
Coordinate with HR, accounts, and site teams for payroll inputs
Prepare payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
Proven experience in payroll processing within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of overtime calculations and site-based payroll structures
Hands-on experience with WPS preparation and processing
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and payroll regulations
Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Location: Dubai
