Job Position – Payroll Specialist
Company Name – Draipl
Hiring for an experienced to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Requirements:
-Minimum 8–10 years of UAE payroll experience
-Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, and Blue-Collar industries is mandatory
-Experience handling payroll for a large-scale workforce
-Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, overtime, leave salary, end-of-service benefits, and statutory payroll calculations
-Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll Software for end-to-end payroll processing
-Excellent payroll calculation and reconciliation skills
-High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
-Strong communication and coordination skills
Location: Abu Dhabi Office
