Job Position – Performance Marketing Manager

What you’ll be responsible for:
-Developing and executing lead generation strategies
-Managing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
-Aligning marketing content with our brand and sales objectives
-Optimizing CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows

What we’re looking for:
-4+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in Dubai real estate
-A proven track record of generating qualified leads that result in property sales
-Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing
-Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and lead management
-Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
