Job Position – Personal Assistant
Company Name – Suhara Logistics
With Finance & Admin Experience | Dubai, UAE
To support Chairman and General Manager with executive, administrative, and finance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications
-Handle confidential correspondence and office administration
-Support finance with payments, petty cash, and reconciliations
-Liaise with customers, suppliers, and government entities
-Maintain company records, contracts, and renewals
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a PA / Executive Assistant
-Strong background in finance and administration
-Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Finance; accounting software knowledge is a plus.
