Job Position – Personal Assistant
Company Name – Nationwide Middle East Properties
For a Personal Assistant to the Group CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
– Managing the CEO’s calendar and scheduling appointments
– Handling all correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO
– Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
– Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO
– Attending meetings and taking detailed notes
– Providing general support to the CEO as needed
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Real estate background is preferred
– Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Fluent in English and Arabic
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
