About the Role:
Oversee all aspects of the pharmacy department’s operations.
Manage inventory and stock, ensuring accuracy and availability of medications.
Verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
Lead the pharmacy team in adhering to federal and state regulations.
Provide clear and effective communication with patients and staff.
Champion high standards of customer service within the department.
Onboard new staff and provide ongoing training and mentorship.
Foster a professional and efficient work environment.
What You Bring:
3-5 years of experience in a pharmacy managerial role within the UAE.
Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals and their applications.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
Meticulous time management and organizational abilities.
A self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
