Job Position – Planning Officer

Location – Doha, Qatar

Experience & Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field
• Minimums of 6 years relevant experience.
• Experience in Railway Systems Planning
• Outstanding in communication and collaboration
• Conversant in MS Office tools, PowerBI, MS Project and Primavera

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare regular progress and performance reports, provide schedule analysis and highlights critical activities impacting organization.
• Coordinate MMS inputs across all subsystems, manages PM modifications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the client to ensure required railway system performance is achieved.
• Prepare yearly Maintenance Plan and submit for approval.
• Monitor daily schedule deviations, overdue activities, and coordinating timely corrective actions with the team.
