Job Position – Pricing Specialist
Company Name – 7Seas Matrix Logistics
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Freight Forwarding & Logistics
Experience Required: 4–5 years (minimum 3 years in pricing within the UAE)
Requires strong knowledge of trade lanes, vendor networking, and the ability to deliver accurate and competitive pricing in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies for air, sea, and land freight
– Prepare accurate quotations & RFQs in coordination with the sales team
– Collaborate with operations and sales to support business acquisition and retention
– Maintain vendor relations with shipping lines, airlines, and NVOCCs for the best rates
– Analyze costs and ensure healthy margins and profitability
– Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to keep offerings competitive
– Ensure timely turnaround of all pricing requests
Mandatory Requirements:
– 4–5 years of total freight forwarding experience
– Minimum 3 years of hands-on pricing experience in the UAE
– Strong trade lane knowledge and vendor networking
– Excellent skills in negotiation and cost analysis
– Proficiency in MS Excel, pricing tools, and ERP systems
– Strong business communication skills (written & verbal)
– Ability to meet strict timelines in a fast-paced environment
– Female candidates preferred (open to all nationalities)
Basic Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
– Strong analytical and organizational skills
– Familiarity with CRM tools / ERP systems (preferred)
– Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams
