Job Position – Private Chef
Company Name – Royal Maison
To manage all culinary needs for the family. This hands-on, solo role involves preparing daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and designing bespoke menus for private events, formal dinners, and occasions at both the residence and the family’s private yacht.
Key Requirements:
– Michelin-star calibre experience in fine dining; previous Head or Sous Chef experience required
– Expertise in Western, Asian (especially Chinese), and Middle Eastern cuisines
– Experience preparing daily family meals and multi-course formal menus for UHNW households
– Self-sufficient, professional, discreet, and adaptable; yacht experience is a plus
– Passion for culinary excellence, impeccable hygiene, and presentation
Responsibilities:
– Independently plan, cook, and present meals for family and guests.
– Design seasonal menus tailored to family preferences and dietary needs.
– Manage all kitchen operations, including sourcing ingredients, stock, and hygiene.
– Support private events and coordinate with household staff for seamless service.
– Travel occasionally with the family for special events as needed.
