Job Position – Procurement Admin
Company Name – Saddle
Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to;
• Maintain procurement records, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, and invoices.
• Organize and manage procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
• Work closely with the procurement, finance, and operations teams to align purchasing activities with business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., Oracle, FMC systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain management in Food & Beverage sector.
