Job Position – Procurement Coordinator
Company Name – Pact Employment
To support IT and non-IT procurement activities across the bank in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support IT and non-IT procurement activities across the bank
Review and validate purchase requisitions for completeness and budget availability
Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare bid comparison sheets
Process Purchase Orders in the procurement system
Coordinate vendor onboarding and required documentation
Liaise with Finance on invoice verification and payments
Provide budget monitoring and cost control support
Respond to procurement support queries within agreed SLAs.
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in IT procurement coordination
Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, IT projects, and contract documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
