Job Position – Procurement Executive
Company Name – Art Nouveau Decor
Executive with MANDATORY UAE experience in retail fit-out, joinery, or furniture manufacturing.
If you truly understand materials, suppliers, and fast-track project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
– Source MDF, plywood, metal, hardware, acrylic, lighting & finishing materials
– Negotiate best prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms
– Issue LPOs, track deliveries, and maintain ERP (Odoo) records
– Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production & Site teams
– Develop alternative suppliers and ensure quality compliance
– Maintain accurate price lists & procurement reports
Mandatory Qualifications:
– 3–5 years UAE procurement experience in Fit-Out / Joinery / Furniture
– Strong vendor network in UAE market (wood, metal, acrylic, lighting, hardware)
– Excellent negotiation & follow-up skills
– Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
– Must be proactive, fast, reliable, and commercially smart
Only candidates with UAE fit-out procurement experience will be shortlisted
