Job Position – Procurement Expert
Company Name – Marc Ellis
Duration: 12 Months Extendable (Long Term with Marc Ellis)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost optimization. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and market standards while building strong supplier relationships to secure high-quality goods and services at competitive terms. Preferably from a Supply Chain Background

– This role will be reporting into the Head of Procurement
– Someone from a Consulting Company will be an added advantage
– Good to have – Someone who has been a part of Automation in Procurement or Digital Transformation
Professional Experience:
-Minimum 15 – 20 Years of relevant experience in developing and executing organisation-wide procurement Plans including developing procurement policies, processes, procedures, frameworks, tools, and templates.
-Experience in leading the development of annual procurement plans including associated policies, processes, frameworks, tools, and templates.
-Knowledge and experience in developing procurement plans, managing relationships with third party suppliers, monitoring contract administration against contract requirements and business needs, analysing spend behaviour, and developing cost reduction strategies.
-Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Academic Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
-Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited university is preferred.
-Relevant Certification: Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations, Certified International Sourcing Manager, Certified Supplier Management Professional, Certified Procurement
Professional, or similar
certification from an accredited institution is preferred.
