Job Description

Duties

-The fabrication engineer is required to supervise the activities of the production staff and provide technical support and advice if they face a setback. He must keep a track of planned report and investigate into matters that may cause a delay in the production process.
– Responsible to implement the company procedure and monitor the workers performance in aim to meet the planned target and minimize the manhours.
– Coordinates with   the maintenance  team and supervisors for the    maintenance
activities during normal running and assists in further development and
implementation of plans in order to contribute to the minimization of shutdown cost.
– Cooperate with internal departments for information exchange aiming to develop effective working relationships throughout the whole process to enhance information flow and improvement of the current production process.
– Controlling the production consumables cost.
– Ensure that appropriate health, safety and environmental practices are practiced and observed throughout the department to meet company, corporate and governmental standards.
– Maintains standards, reviews, checks and monitors work output to ensure quality requirements met.
– Motivate, coach and further develop the team to achieve predefined objectives in relation to company values, culture and etiquette.
