Job Position – Production Manager

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and control the full production process, ensuring procedures, schedules, resources, and workflow efficiency meet organizational and QMS requirements.
– Lead production staff, provide training, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
– Manage production planning and reporting, including job status tracking, material shortages, shipment/packing records, and performance objective monitoring.
– Optimize productivity and costs, minimizing downtime, supporting procurement, improving processes, and communicating issues and improvements to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
– 8–12 years of experience in switchgear manufacturing.
– Proven experience in LV/MV switchgear factory operations, production planning, and manpower management.
– Strong UAE/GCC market exposure with knowledge of local authority and utility requirements.
– Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 implementation in a manufacturing environment.
