Job Position – Production Packing Supervisor
Company Name – Dolphin Bakery
Looking for an experienced Production Packing Supervisor to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in packing bakery products, supervising packing teams, and ensuring that all products are dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the packing team efficiently.
– Ensure all products are packed, labeled, and dispatched as per standards.
– Check manufacturing and expiry dates before packing.
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the packing area.
– Coordinate with production and dispatch departments for daily packing schedules.
– Maintain packing materials and inventory records properly.
– Prepare daily reports and update management as required.
Requirements:
– Must be available in UAE for immediate joining.
– 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in production packing supervision, preferably in the bakery or food production sector.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Basic knowledge of packing machinery and product handling.
– Good communication and reporting skills (Hindi, English, Tamil & Malayalam.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines.
Salary:
Will be based on experience and company standards.
