Job Position – Project Coordinator
Company Name – GISCO
To streamlines the department projects coordination workflows by managing daily operations, scheduling, and communication between department and projects.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Office Management: Supervising adminstrative task by overseeing day-to-day operations, including managing inventory, petty cash of various projects excel tracking- manpower & database management.
Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Acting as a liaison between departments, employees, and external clients to facilitate information flow.
Documentation & Reporting: Creating, updating, and maintaining records, reports, and databases.
Problem-Solving: Resolving administrative issues and improving existing procedures to increase productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in projects coordination, database maagement, with Bachelor degree, locally available preference if an Immediate Joiners
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various teams.
Technology Proficiency: Experience with office software (MS Office, Expert in Excel) and database management.
