Job Position – Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
– Acting as the primary contact between the project team and clients.
– Managing assigned projects and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors.
– Collaborating with various professionals, including Electrical Engineers, – – — Mechanical Engineers, Project Planners, Project Engineers/Purchasers, Architects, and 3D Visualizers to address project-related issues.
– Supporting material ordering for new projects, particularly for company shop renovations or new projects.
– Implementing proper risk management at project sites to minimize risks affecting execution and deliverables.
– Coordinating with the Accounts team for material payments and organizing deliveries to stores/sites with departmental approval.
– Working closely with the Head of Department for progress reporting and resolving construction hurdles.
– Alerting management to potential pitfalls that could impact project completion or costs.
– Conducting site visits and meetings with Site Engineers, Foremen, and – — – Contractors to ensure site progress aligns with schedules, and updating the Project Planner with any changes.
– Providing technical support to Architects and Engineers for resolving project obstructions, and organizing team meetings to keep projects on track.

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Coordinator.
– Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
– Strong leadership abilities.
– Logical and critical thinking skills.
– Exceptional work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure.
– Outstanding project management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
