Looking for a dedicated Project Engineer – Fitout to oversee and deliver high-quality, fast-paced restaurant and food & beverage projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end delivery of interior fit out projects for restaurants, cafés, and F&B outlets.
– Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to meet project milestones.
– Ensure construction work is executed according to design, specifications, and brand standards.
– Monitor project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols on-site.
– Liaise with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.
– Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress reports

Requirements:
– Minimum 5+ years of experience managing fitout projects, with a focus on restaurant and F&B environments.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
– Strong understanding of MEP coordination, kitchen services, and F&B-specific finishes.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
– Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
– Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
