Job Position – Project Facilities Manager

Salary Rage: 10000 – 14000 Monthly
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and coordinate operations and maintenance for large facility projects.
Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective facility management strategies.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for ongoing facility projects.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants on project development and execution.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess facility conditions and implement improvement plans.
Lead and motivate the facilities team to achieve high performance and meet project goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Facilities Manager or similar role, with a focus on managing large facility projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or Mechanical Engineer.
Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance, including understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent project management skills, with experience in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety standards and compliance requirements.
