Job Position – Project Manager

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – Civil Engineering.
-PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
-15+ years of experience in project management.
-Proven track record of managing full project life cycles: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
-Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
-Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
-Strong verbal and written communication.
-Team leadership and stakeholder management.
-Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
-Multi-tasking and time management.
-Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
-Strong reporting and presentation abilities.
-Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
-Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
-Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all project-related activities.
-Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and company policies.
-Decision-making ability under pressure.
-High level of integrity and responsibility.
-Adaptability to dynamic project environments.
