– 15+ years of UAE experience in roads & civil infrastructure turnkey projects (GCC experience a plus).
– Civil Infrastructure background required; PMP certification preferred.
– Strong judgment, proactive work style, and ability to perform under pressure.
– Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
