Job Position – Landscape Project Manager
Company Name – Tanseeq Investment Group
Lead and deliver high-profile landscape construction projects across the Middle East, with a strong focus on the UAE.
Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate in Civil Engineering
• 10–15 years of proven experience in the landscape construction industry
• Experience managing high-profile clients in the Middle East
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and control
• Preparation, monitoring, and regular updating of project programs
• Cost control and budget monitoring throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead and manage construction teams and site operations
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources
• Establish, monitor, and report weekly KPIs
• Coordinate with QS team for timely submission of monthly valuations
• Identify, submit, and follow up on variation claims and approvals
• Monitor certification and receipt of client payments
• Ensure delivery within contractual timelines and quality standards
• Follow up on TOC, DLC, variations, and final accounts
• Submit delay notifications and contractual notices within stipulated timelines
Key Skills:
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Sound knowledge of construction management and contract administration
