Job Position – Project Manager
With Construction background
available in UAE for interview
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management / Science
-Ten years post qualification experience in building/construction Project Management /civil construction in GCC on a management level managing large projects.
Skills:
– Thorough knowledge of construction costing, scheduling, line and grade (survey), estimating and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail evidenced by a strong command of all applicable contract and legal provisions impacting profitability on assigned projects
-Advanced computer proficiency in MS Office applications, Project Management, Access and Primavera.
-Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
-Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
-People management skills along with skills in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
-Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
-Good communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
