Job Position – Project Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Understand technical details of sanitary ware, tiles, kitchen appliances, kitchen cabinets, lights, and plumbing.
Prepare proposal quotations.
Handle costing from suppliers and arrange comparison sheets.
Prepare technical submittals and qualification documents.
Have experience with CRM or ERP systems.
Be responsible, accurate, and well-organized.
Support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities.
Ensure all specified products match our proposals.
Make the company’s products and services attractive to potential customers.
Verify data accuracy in orders and invoices; process orders.
Arrange procurement, logistics, and deliveries until the project’s completion.
Handle urgent calls, messages, and emails from clients; answer client queries and provide details about orders or queries.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing queries, and deliveries.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with sanitary wares/building materials is a plus.
Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Sales Administrator/Coordinator.
Hands-on experience with CRM or ERP software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to continually learn and build knowledge.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: To be discussed upon interview
Duty Timings: Mon to Fri, 09:00-18:00
